It is a three-bedroom house, spacious and comfortable with everything you need for a memorable vacation.

Guest access.

Guests have access to all areas of the house except the garage.

Other things to keep in mind.

- In-person check-in

- Upon check-in, guests must provide their identification information

- Check-in from 4pm to 8pm

- Check-out until 11am.

- Arrivals after 8pm have an extra cost of €30 paid at check in

- The Municipal Tourist Tax must be paid at check-in (per person and night up to a maximum of seven nights from the age of thirteen)

- Pets are allowed upon request to the owner and pay a fee of €30 at check in.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the house

- Parties or events are not allowed

- Quiet period between 11pm and 8am

- At check out: you have to leave the apartment as you found it: lights off, no rubbish and no dirty dishes (dirty dishes or rubbish, you have to pay €20). Garbage is disposed of in specific containers that are located outside the condominium on the street in front of the building's entrance door.

- All material and furniture in the house is for your use during your stay. If something is damaged, you will be charged at check out.

- Cleaning service included for stays longer than 11 days. For shorter stays, if you require a cleaning service, there is an additional cost.

- The house has bed linen and towels, if you request more towels or pillows there is an extra cost of €2 per towel or pillow. We do not provide beach or pool towels

- We provide for the first two days: dishwashing detergent; garbage bags; toilet paper; hand gel, salt, olive oil, napkins

- Travel bed and baby comfort upon request and availability
