35m2 studio facing the sea Located on Foz do Lizandro beach, this small house on the beach is for couples and surf lovers. Equipped with everything you need to spend a few days of fun and total relaxation.

The space.

Small house, 35m2, with open space kitchen, small living room and table for eating or working. a room with a Japanese bed inserted, or an open space, in a bathroom, or a shower with a glass window overlooking the room.

Guest access.

Guests have access to the entire house. Availability of space to park the car right in front.

Other things to keep in mind.

- Check-in in person

- Guests must provide their identification information

- Check-in from 4pm to 8pm and check-out until 11am.

- Arrivals between 8pm and 8am cost €30 paid at check in.

- The Municipal Tourist Tax must be paid at check-in (per person and night up to a maximum of seven nights from the age of thirteen)

- Pets (small) are allowed, upon payment of €30.

- Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

- Parties or events not permitted.

- Quiet period between 11pm and 8am.

- At check out: you must leave the apartment as you found it: all lights off, no trash and no dirty dishes (If you leave dirty dishes or trash you will have to pay €20).

- All material and furniture in the house is for your use during your stay. You have to be careful, if you damage something you will be charged at check out.

- Cleaning service included if the stay is longer than 11 days. If your stay is less than 10 days and you would like a cleaning service, we can arrange this at a cost paid by the guest.

- The house has bed and bath linen, we do not provide towels for the beach or pool.

- We provide for the first two days: dishwashing detergent; garbage bags; toilet paper; hand gel, salt, olive oil, napkins

- Travel bed and baby chair upon request and availability
