The space features an open-plan equipped kitchen, a small living area with a table for dining or remote work, and a sleeping area with a Japanese-style bed integrated into the open space. The bathroom features a modern shower with a glass window, offering a view into the bedroom and adding a contemporary and original touch.

You’ll also enjoy the convenience of being able to park your car directly in front of the accommodation.

Key information to bear in mind:

Check-in: Between 4 pm and 8 pm, with self-check-in (instructions sent in advance).

Check-out: By 11 am.

Documents and Payments:

- At check-in, you must provide your identification documents (sent via WhatsApp for self-check-in).

- The Municipal Tourist Tax must be paid at check-in (per person, per night, up to 7 nights, for individuals aged 13 and above).

- For self-check-in, the amount should be left at the accommodation at check-out.

General Rules:

- Pets are not allowed, except in specific cases and subject to additional fees (please get in touch with the accommodation manager).

- Smoking in the accommodation: strictly prohibited.

- Parties or events: not permitted.

- Quiet hours: from 11 pm to 8 am, following Portuguese legislation.

Check-out and Cleaning:

- Upon departure, the accommodation must have all lights turned off, with no rubbish or dirty dishes left behind.

- If rubbish or dirty dishes are left, a €30 cleaning fee will be charged.

- All materials and furniture (both indoor and outdoor) are for use during your stay; any damage will be charged accordingly.

- For stays longer than 11 days, a mid-stay cleaning is included.

- For stays shorter than 10 days, extra cleaning can be arranged, subject to availability, at an additional cost.

Available Items and Services:

- Bed linen and bath towels are provided (beach and pool towels not included).

- Complimentary items at the start of the stay: washing-up liquid, hand soap, coffee capsules, bin bags, toilet paper, salt, olive oil, kitchen roll, dishwasher and laundry machine capsules.

- Travel cot and baby chair available upon request and subject to availability.
