The space.

Apartment located on the second floor of a small renovated building, consisting of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and common room integrated into a single space, laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Terrace with private space with barbecue.

Guest access.

Guests have access to all spaces in the house. Building shared with other people.

Other things to keep in mind.

- Check-in in person

- Guests must provide their identification information

- Check-in from 4pm to 10pm and check-out until 11am.

- Arrivals between 10pm and 8am cost €30 paid at check in.

- The Municipal Tourist Tax must be paid at check-in

- Pets (small) are allowed, upon payment of R$30.

- Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

- Parties or events not permitted.

- Quiet period between 11pm and 8am.

- At check out: you must leave the apartment as you found it: all lights off, no trash and no dirty dishes (If you leave dirty dishes or trash you will have to pay €20).

- All material and furniture in the house is for your use during your stay. You have to be careful, if you damage something you will be charged at check out.

- Cleaning service included if the stay is longer than 11 days. If your stay is less than 10 days and you would like a cleaning service, we can arrange this at a cost paid by the guest.

- The house has bed and bath linen, we do not provide towels for the beach or pool.

- We provide for the first two days: dishwashing detergent; garbage bags; toilet paper; hand gel, salt, olive oil, napkins

- Travel bed and baby comfort upon request and availability
