The space. 

The apartment is furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave and all necessary appliances. The living room with a comfortable sofa, smart TV, and a desk for those who have to work. The bedroom with a queen-size bed and a view of the Ocean. A small closet to store your clothes and other accessories is part of the house.

On the terrace there is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the Ocean. There is a table and chairs for outdoor dining, as well as a hose to cool off on Ericeira's hottest summer days.

Guests have access to the entire house. Apartment on the first floor, with access from the street.

Other things to keep in mind

- Check-in in person

- Guests must provide their identification information

- Check-in from 4pm to 10pm and check-out until 11am.

- Arrivals between 8pm and 8am cost €30 paid at check in.

- The Municipal Tourist Tax must be paid at check-in (per person and night up to a maximum of seven nights from the age of thirteen)

- Pets (small) are allowed, upon payment of R$30.

- Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

- Parties or events not permitted.

- Quiet period between 11pm and 8am.

- At check out: you must leave the apartment as you found it: all lights off, no trash and no dirty dishes (If you leave dirty dishes or trash you will have to pay €20).

- All material and furniture in the house is for your use during your stay. You have to be careful, if you damage something you will be charged at check out.

- Cleaning service included if the stay is longer than 11 days. If your stay is less than 10 days and you would like a cleaning service, we can arrange this at a cost paid by the guest.

- The house has bed and bath linen, we do not provide towels for the beach or pool.

- We provide for the first two days: dishwashing detergent; garbage bags; toilet paper; hand gel, salt, olive oil, napkins

- Travel bed and baby chair upon request and availability.
