The house is located on one of the most popular beaches for surfing due to its variety of waves - Foz do Lizandro beach!

It is prepared for wheelchair users, it is the only house on the beach with this condition.

The space.

Enjoy your vacation in this typical Portuguese village, while feeling in this cozy two-bedroom apartment.

Here you can find a bedroom with 2 single beds that together transform into a double bed, another bedroom with 1 double bed, a spacious bathroom and an open-space living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchen.

It has a terrace right in front of the Lizandro River, where you can dine and enjoy a beautiful view!

The house was renovated in June this year, it has a rustic decor with used materials which makes it a very cozy and comfortable space for your vacation!

Other things to keep in mind.

- Check-in in person

- Guests must provide their identification information

- Check-in from 4pm to 10pm and check-out until 11am.

- Arrivals between 10pm and 8am cost €30 paid at check in.

- The Municipal Tourist Tax must be paid at check-in (per person and night up to a maximum of seven nights from the age of thirteen):

- Pets (small) are allowed, upon payment of €30.

- Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

- Parties or events not permitted.

- Quiet period between 11pm and 8am.

- At check out: you must leave the apartment as you found it: all lights off, no trash and no dirty dishes (If you leave dirty dishes or trash you will have to pay €20).

- All material and furniture in the house is for your use during your stay. You have to be careful, if you damage something you will be charged at check out.

- Cleaning service included if the stay is longer than 11 days. If your stay is less than 10 days and you would like a cleaning service, we can arrange this at a cost paid by the guest.

- The house has bed and bath linen, we do not provide towels for the beach or pool.

- We provide for the first two days: dishwashing detergent; garbage bags; toilet paper; hand gel, salt, olive oil, napkins

- Travel bed and Baby Comfort upon request and availability
