"Window to the Valley", is a family villa located in a very quiet rural area, 6 km from the famous "Ribeira d`ilhas" beach and 8 km from the center of Ericeira.

It has 3 bedrooms, two are suites, all with double beds. A living room with TV and fireplace and a huge window overlooking the 6x3m saltwater pool and the wonderful green valley... Fully equipped kitchen in open space with dining room. Outside there is a large terrace, with a saltwater pool and BBQ.

In the living room you can enjoy a reading corner, always with a wonderful view over the valley and where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets.

Guest access.

Ideally, you should have a car, as the bus frequency is not the best. The house has parking inside the property and gives direct access to the house's front door.

Guests have access to the entire house.

Other things to keep in mind.

- In-person check-in

- Guests must provide their identification information

- Check-in from 4pm to 10pm and check-out until 11am.

- Arrivals between 10pm and 8am cost €30 paid at check in.

- The Municipal Tourist Tax must be paid at check-in (per person and night for a maximum of seven nights from the age of thirteen):

- Pets (small) are allowed, upon payment of €30.

- Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

- Parties or events not permitted.

- Quiet period between 11pm and 8am.

- At check out: you have to leave the apartment as you found it: all lights off, no trash and no dirty dishes (If you leave dirty dishes or trash, you have to pay €20).

- All material and furniture in the house is for your use during your stay. You have to take care of this, if you damage something you will be charged at check out.

- Cleaning service included if the stay is longer than 11 days. If your stay is less than 10 days and you would like a cleaning service, we can arrange this at a cost paid by the guest.

- The house has bed linen and towels, we do not provide towels for the beach or pool.

- We provide for the first two days: dishwashing detergent; garbage bags; toilet paper; hand gel, salt, olive oil, napkins

- Travel bed and baby comfort upon request and availability
