The space

It is a house with 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 suite with a double bed, another bedroom with a double bed and the third bedroom with 2 single beds, games room, open terrace, TV room and living room, as well as a swimming pool at the entrance to the house, located 5 minutes from São Lourenço beach.

Guest access.

Guests have access to all areas of the house except the garage.

Other things to keep in mind. 

- In-person check-in. If you want to arrive outside check in hours, the respective information will be sent for self check in

- Check-in time is between 4pm and 8pm and check-out is until 11am.

- Arrivals between 8pm and 8am cost €30 paid at check in.

- Upon check-in, guests must provide their identification information.

- The Municipal Tourist Tax must be paid at check-in (per person and night up to a maximum of seven nights from the age of thirteen), in cash.

- Pets are not allowed (if you want them, you have to request them)

- Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

- Parties or events are not allowed.

- Quiet period between 11pm and 8am.

- At check out: you must leave the apartment as you found it: all lights off, no trash and no dirty dishes (If you leave dirty dishes or trash you will have to pay €20).

- All material and furniture in the house is for your use during your stay. You have to be careful, if you damage something you will be charged at check out.

- If the stay is longer than 11 days, an intermediate cleaning service will be provided, which is included. If your stay is less than 10 days and you want an intermediate cleaning service, we can arrange it, but it will be at a cost paid by the guest.

- The house has bed and bath linen, we do not provide towels for the beach or pool.

- We provide for the first two days: dishwashing detergent; coffee capsules, garbage bags; toilet paper; hand gel, salt, olive oil, kitchen paper.

- Travel bed and baby comfort bed must be requested before check in and subject to availability.
