Very large apartment, with large areas, on the ground floor there is a kitchen with a balcony with a BBQ, a living room with a balcony overlooking the ocean, a dining room, a double bedroom and a complete bathroom.

Upstairs, 1 double bedroom with private bathroom, private balcony, desk and a closet. A room with 3 single beds, very comfortable and spacious. A complete bathroom.

Apartment located in a very quiet neighborhood, on a 2nd floor without elevator. One of the advantages of this apartment is the location, it is a building located in the suburbs of the center of Ericeira so the use of the car is excluded for walks and beaches on the outskirts of Ericeira, everything else can be on foot.

Guests have access to all areas of the house.

Other things to keep in mind.

- Check-in in person

- Guests must provide their identification information

- Check-in from 4pm to 10pm and check-out until 11am.

- Arrivals between 10pm and 8am cost €30 paid at check in.

- The Municipal Tourist Tax must be paid at check-in (per person and night up to a maximum of seven nights from the age of thirteen):

- Pets (small) are allowed, upon payment of €30.

- Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

- Parties or events not permitted.

- Quiet period between 11pm and 8am.

- At check out: you must leave the apartment as you found it: all lights off, no trash and no dirty dishes (If you leave dirty dishes or trash you will have to pay €20).

- All material and furniture in the house is for your use during your stay. You have to be careful, if you damage something you will be charged at check out.

- Cleaning service included if the stay is longer than 11 days. If your stay is less than 10 days and you would like a cleaning service, we can arrange this at a cost paid by the guest.

- The house has bed and bath linen, we do not provide towels for the beach or pool.

- We provide for the first two days: dishwashing detergent; garbage bags; toilet paper; hand gel, salt, olive oil, napkins

- Travel bed and baby comfort upon request and availability.
