The SpaceThe house is a 5–10 minute walk from Praia dos Coxos and the small village of Ribamar, where you’ll find a wide variety of seafood restaurants, traditional Portuguese cafés, and small minimarkets.
Here, you can relax, unwind, and recharge — far from the crowds and immersed in nature. At the same time, you’ll get to experience the authenticity of Portuguese culture.

Guests are required to provide identification
Check-in from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; check-out by 11:00 AM
Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM incur a €30 check-in fee
Municipal Tourist Tax must be paid at check-in (per person, per night, up to 7 nights, starting from age 13)
Small pets are allowed with a €30 fee
Smoking is not allowed indoors
No parties or events allowed
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM
At check-out: the house must be left as it was found – all lights off, no trash, no dirty dishes. (€20 fee applies if not followed)
All materials and furniture in the house are for your use during the stay. Any damage will be charged at check-out
Cleaning service included for stays longer than 11 days. For stays under 10 days, cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost
Bed linen and towels are provided (but not beach or pool towels)
We provide for the first two days: dishwashing detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, salt, olive oil, napkins
Travel cot and baby chair available on request and subject to availability
